‘Tis the season to tidy up!

Hi everyone,

Our class will be perusing the lost and found today in case we find any items that belong to us. The school will be donating everything left at the end of the week! If you pick up or drop off you child, I strongly suggest that you have a look at the lost and found items in the office hallway. If not, please let your child know if you want him or her to go back and look for something in particular that is missing. We will also be cleaning out desks on Thursday and lockers on Friday. Some students have multiple sweatshirts and old lunch containers sitting in their lockers. Please send your child with an extra bag on Friday if you think he or she might be a student with a number of items to take home. Thanks.

Fill a Sock- Thanks!

Thanks to all the families in the class who donated items for the “Fill a sock” project. Students filled 16 socks with items for those in need through the Mustard Seed. Every student in class this afternoon got to choose items to fill a sock. Bravo!

December 12

Thank you to the many parents who helped out with skating today! Your support made this day a great success. On our walk, we also got to see a local salmon mural that tied into our learning about salmon, bears and aboriginal culture.

In the afternoon, we enjoyed a grade 6/7 band concert at the school.

Library has been rescheduled for tomorrow, and PAC hot lunch is tomorrow as well.

Report cards will come home at the end of the day Friday. Please return empty, signed envelopes to school.

Happy Friday!
